2nd show-open 1:00 pm (or 30 minutes after first show)

Show Rules

1. This show will be a sanctioned show by the ABGA and their rules shall govern. In case of a discrepancy, or for rules not adequately covered, the show committee’s decision will be final. The judges decision is final on all placing in each class. Judge will check all tattoos on all grand and reserve grand champions.

2. Original registrations papers are required for all animals in the show. Association stamped applications will be accepted for animals less than 3 months. Recognized associations papers accepted will be ABGA, International Boer Goat Association, USBGA and Canadian Boer Goat Association. NO copies of original registration papers. Date of show will be used to determine age groups.

3. Check in times are May 9th 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm If registered early. Papers need to be checked in to show secretary at these times.

4. Early entries must be postmarked by 5/3/08. Early entry fee $20. You can register at the show on May 9th at 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm, all fees will be $20. Early registration is suggested but not required. Substitutions may be made at check in time, there will be no substitution fees charged. Check in time will be only 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm on May 9th. No pen fees. 1-2 goats per pen. Pens are first come first serve. There will be shavings available for pens for $4.50 per bag.

5. No visible signs of abscesses or other contagious disease will not be allowed. All animals need to be healthy.

6. All out of state goats are required to have licensed veterinarian signed health papers.

7. The organizers of this show will not be held responsible for loss or damages or accidents.

8. There will be a 50% payback . Out of the payback 50% will go to division grand and reserve, the other 50% of the payback will go to overall grand and reserve.

9. Make checks payable to: 4-H Leaders Association.
